This net is the workhorse of our line. It is large enough to handle large, energetic fish, but narrow enough to stay out of the way as it rides along on your back.
The handle is substantial, with a rounded form that fits naturally in the palm of your hand. It is large enough to provide leverage as a person manoeuvers the net through the water under a fish.
As with our other nets, this frame is 100% bamboo, mixed blond and brown-tone cane, with nodes and power fibers plainly visible. Weight is slightly less than 6 ounces. The catch-and-release net is deep enough to hold fish once they are netted, but not so deep as to make unhooking and releasing them a chore.

The net attaches to a lanyard via a , for security and good looks. The clip-on lanyard is provided with the net. Imported.
